Gote, Takate Kote Chest Harness

In this class we will teach you one of the major building blocks of Japanese bondage, the chest harness with hands behind the back, aka Gote, TK or Takate Kote. You will learn to correctly tie a basic chest harness you can use in floorwork and (semi)suspension. We will adapt the harness to be comfortable for your partner. We will also cover the risks of nerve injuries in tying a TK and how we try to prevent them.

For whom?

This workshop aims at couples with a first experience in Shibari, who want get to know the basic techniques better. You have done the Introduction to Shibari and Shibari Essentials part 1 & 2 with us or you have learned elsewhere how to do a single column tie and how to use tension, contra tension and frictions.
